MEXICO CITY - TEOTIHUACAN PYRAMID

Visiting the Teotihuacan Pyramid

I got to visit Mexico City for four days to film Team Canada compete at the Bocuse d’Or competition. On my last day, I had a chance to explore the Teotihuacan Pyramid. In the morning, I decided to Uber to the Autobuses del Norte metro, and then I bought a roundtrip ticket from Autobuses Teotihuacan located beside gate 8. They only accept cash, and the ATM can be found near the washroom in the station.

The bus made a couple of stops on the way to the Pyramids. To request a stop and get off the bus, you have to stand beside the driver.

When I arrived at the Teotihuacan Pyramids, I was told that I wasn’t allowed to bring in my tripod so I had to leave it with the ticket gate person. The place was pretty empty with a few people when I arrived but at around 11AM, a lot of tourists started coming in. I spent about 3 hours at the pyramids and when I got back to the Autobuses del Norte metro, I decided to use Uber to get back to the hotel.
